Traffic & Conversion Summit, the Largest Digital Marketing Event in North America, Acquired by Clarion Events

AUSTIN, TEXAS, JAN. 24, 2019 — DigitalMarketer is excited to announce Traffic & Conversion Summit (T&C), the largest digital marketing event in North America, is officially under new ownership. On Aug. 29, 2018, DigitalMarketer finalized a purchase and partnership agreement with Clarion Events, a UK-based company, that has been launching and growing exhibitions since 1947.

The first expansion of the event will be to New York City in September of 2019, with plans to expand to Europe and Southeast Asia in 2020.

“Thanks to this partnership, we will finally have the resources and knowledge we need to not only uplevel the T&C experience our attendees and sponsors already know and love, but also to grow the event both domestically and internationally,” said Ryan Deiss, DigitalMarketer’s co-founder and CEO. “We have wanted to expand T&C internationally for many, many years, but we didn’t have the resources and know-how to make it happen. Now we do.”

For Clarion Events, T&C was an obvious fit for their emerging portfolio of digital marketing events.

Launched in 2009, T&C focuses on sharing actionable, proven digital marketing strategies from experts like Gary Vaynerchuck, Mari Smith, Daymond John, Dr. Robert Cialdini, as well as members of the DigitalMarketer team and Faculty. T&C is a three-day event attended by over 6,000 people from 53 different countries. As a part of the deal, DigitalMarketer will remain a primary partner as well as “Presenting Sponsor” of T&C and will continue to help drive the content programming and marketing for the event.
