The ah-ha moment I had the CP Program works is when I gave my first Customer Value Journey presentation to a group of business owners which resulted in $7500 in revenue. After I was done with the presentation the entire group stood up and took pictures of my whiteboard drawing. Two of the clients joined my monthly implementation program.

Seriously, we have a massive ROI and we aren't the only ones. I talked to so many partners singing praises and dancing with the success they are having. Small, mid and large size agencies. It just works.

My target market is small businesses. I feel that there is a big knowledge gap in the market today. A lot of the content about marketing speaks to big companies with large budgets. Small business owners are completely at loss. My goal is to close the gap, or at least make it smaller. Being part of the DMCP program allows me to bring best-in-class marketing techniques to small businesses without trying to be know-it-all.

The community and mentorship has by far been the most rewarding thing. Going to DAGS and T&C was amazing. Being around so many marketing professionals with the same values that want to help one another did something for my business (and my soul) that I can't even begin to try to articulate. Having this community was the missing piece that I didn't know that I needed.
